My cat hasn’t been eating and if he does it is a very little amount no more than 2 bites this has been going on for 2 days. Should I be worried?

A decrease in appetite can be a sign of illness. There are many possibilities, but if Guppie is otherwise acting normal, then I wouldn't be too worried about something serious. However, it would still be good to have him evaluated by a vet within the next day or two, so they can help discover what is causing him to feel bad/nauseous. I hope that helps and Guppie gets better soon.
