It's really difficult to know what this is without seeing it and being able to evaluate it in-person, but I'm suspicious of a bot infestation given your description and your location. Bots are a type of fly larva that lives under the skin and is very difficult to remove. You will need a veterinarian to surgically remove it and clean the wound, so I recommend scheduling a vet visit and let them know that you are suspicious of Cuterebra. They may want to schedule you for a drop-off appointment. Unless she is painful or lethargic, it can likely wait until the morning. Place an e-collar (cone) or a small t-shirt on her to prevent scratching, rubbing or licking. Do not squeeze or press the area. If you don't think she can wait, then by all meas have her seen at the nearest veterinary ER. If it is a cuterebra, it will need to be removed. If not, the wound will be cleaned and she will likely go home with antibiotics and pain medication (if indicated).

Clean it out gently with some warm water or a little hydrogen peroxide. It could be she has the famed cuterebra, also known as a warble. A lot of vets get excited about this because it's really cool to treat, but it's not so cool for the poor dog! They are painful, and it's certainly possibly that your dog has one. The best thing to do is take her into a vet first thing in the morning. This is something that needs to be treated at the clinic, and if she does have a cuterebra, the vet can removed it. I hope this helps!

The hole is suspicious for the entry point of a wire or grass seed. It could also indicate a small abscess. I recommend to have Finn examined so that the area can be flushed and explored for a grass seed or other foreign object. Also make sure to protect the area from any scratching. Hello, if your dog is young (puppy up to 5yrs) I am almost certain it is a type of skin growth called a Histiocytoma. These are a benign growth which usually spontaneously resolve. If She/ he is older, it is probably another type of skin growth or infection. It is not an emergency but get it checked by your vet in the next couple of days to confirm what it is. They may suggest a little needle biopsy called cytology to be certain of the nature of the growth.

My 7 month old puppy over the last week has developed and pimple / bump on his neck, it doesn’t seem to bother him but it worries me.

In a young dog these are often a little cyst or a mass known as a histiocytoma. These may grow a little bigger, but eventually go away on their own after a couple of months. I think it would fine to just monitor this for now. If grows rapidly, or breaks open, or has any other dramatic changes, then it's best to have your vet examine Capone in order to definitively diagnose the cause of this and provide the necessary treatment. It is difficult to say exactly what it is, but I would suspect it could be an abscess. This can happen with trauma, a foreign body (like a piece of stick or a grass seed) or a bite or scratch from another animal. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian for an examination. They may recommend taking a sample with a needle to confirm what it is first. If it is an abscess, it may require sedation to lance it and may need to have a drain placed. They will probably also prescribe oral antibiotics and pain medication.
