I have a pug who is about 12 years old. however when he was a puppy he go stepped on by a great dane. His tail does not curl, it moves but no curl. The problem is his hind legs- he is loosing movability, there is no pain. with in the last 3yr he has lost his function to control when he needs make a movement or pee. when he gets up after sitting for a bit i notice his right leg catches under him, he can't stand, even after a good while its hard for him. Eventually hell walk but not without help

This is most suggestive of lower spine injury. This is not uncommon in older dogs, where the vertebral canal, or intervertebral disks can pinch the nerve. Treatment is possible depending on the cause of this, so I recommend taking Bandit to the vet for an evaluation. They should be able to identify the cause of this and at-least get him started on medication to relieve pain and hopefully the mobility and incontinence issues. I hope that helps and all is well with Bandit.
