Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered
Lab non weight bearing on foreleg. Progressive deteriorartion over 4m.mri of neck, x Ray of front leg, all clear. Herniated disc 15m ago. 70% normal function of hindleg now. Left foreleg is the leg non weightbearing.

I am sorry to hear this is going on with your dog. My best assumption is that the herniated disc is now further swollen and/or herniated and is now causing enough inflammation and pressure on the spinal cord that the other limb is beginning to be affected as well. If you have an ongoing relationship with a neurologist then I would recommend contacting them to see what your next step is. Your dog may need additional anti-inflammatory drugs (if not on them already) and pain medication. The neurologist may also recommend surgery to remove portions of the herniated disc.
