Great question! A bland diet would be something that is easily digestible and not too heavy in a cat's stomach. Boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and Hill's A/D are both examples of bland diets. I hope this helps!

    A bland diet can be made by mixing plain white rice (cooked) with equal amounts of boiled boneless/skinless chicken breasts. You can also use plain turkey or plain chicken baby food. Make sure there is no garlic or onion in the baby food. Feed in small, frequent amounts until the stool is normal then transition slowly back to the regular diet.
