Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is because usually the stuffing and dressing are very rich with a high fat amount which can result in gastrointestinal upset as well as pancreatitis possibly. There are also a lot of ingredients that are used commonly in these such as garlic and onions which are toxic to dogs. Have a good night!
