My dog is vomiting blood and can't lift his back. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 9 months and 25 days old | 40 lbs

My dog vomit blood and he has problem of walking, sometimes he is not able to lift his back.

This is a medical emergency and Caesar has to see a vet now. Vomiting blood is extremely serious, and could be caused by something such as a foreign body, trauma to the GI tract, or toxin exposure among other things. It's also concerning he has trouble walking and sometimes he can't lift his back. He has to have veterinary care now, please bring him into a vet right away.
