Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | spayed
My cat has diabetes and we accidentally gave her 5 mL of insulin instead of her usual 3 mL. About 3 hours ago she was vomiting, pooping, and had a seizure. After the seizure, we immediately gave her several fingerfuls of honey. 1 hour later, we gave her a tablespoon of corn syrup and mixed tuna in with her dry food. She ate most of the tuna but very little dry food. Should we continue giving her honey and corn syrup? She seems to be okay now but seems tired. We can't see our vet until tomorrow.

If she is alert and more stable on her feet then I would not give any more supplements unless signs indicate that. Be sure to take her a glucose check before administering any more insulin though. I would recommend trying to feed her several small meals every 3-4 hours though to help maintain a higher blood glucose
