My dog just got neutered. Is a tube or stitch in the incision normal?

Had my dog neutered and I see what looks like a small tube between the incision is this normal

It appears that there is some suture material (stitches) sticking out of the incision. I also seem some fluid coming from it. I think you should take Bentley back to your vet to have this checked. I don't think it is an emergency but I would try to get him there in the next day or so. Just be sure to keep him from licking it until you can get your vet to check it. Hope this helps.
