My male cat is trying to mate with my female cat also my female cat wants to mate but he is unable to enter his penis in her vagina also height of malecat is more than female cat should they could able to mate? They generally will have no problems mating despite size variations when they are ready. Even though they act in heat, there are few days there will actually stand and let the male mate. It may take a few tries but given time together they should be able to figure it out
