My dogs eyes is swollen shut in he have bluch like bumos under his fur

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. It is difficult to say what the problem could be without pictures but there could be 2 separate problems. There could be an eye infection or trauma to the eye and the skin may habe an infection or some other skin condition. Any time I am dealing with an eye, I usually recommend having a veterinarian examine this to ensure there is nothing serious going on, especially if you are unable to get a good look at the eye itself. I would recommend having your vet check this out just to be on the safe side. For the skin, I would recommend starting a shampoo such as Douxo PS calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved.
