Poor Mummsi! Her symptoms could be stress related, but she could also have a dental problem, could be nauseous, or may have gotten into something toxic causing her symptoms. It is concerning that she doesn't want to eat or drink, and cats who don't eat become prone to developing a fatty liver after 72 hours of no food. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment, so it's best to avoid that. Try to tempt her to eat with some gently warmed up really smelly wet food such as sardine or fish based. If she still is behaving this way in the morning, take her into the vet. Should she suddenly become very lethargic, weak, or shows other concerning signs such as vomiting, rush her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her right away. Good luck, I hope this helps!

These symptoms are pretty vague signs of nausea. You can try to skip her next meal and see if this will pass. If she just ate something that upset her stomach, then the symptoms should improve over the next 12-24 hrs. You can also offer her some plain boiled chicken and rice with a little bit of chicken broth (low sodium) to see if you can entice her to eat. However, if she does not get better then there is likely something internal going on, which warrants a vet visit. The vet will then do bloodwork analysis as well as a full exam to hopefully pinpoint the underlying problem, which just about every disease process can cause nausea, so we need to narrow things down. I hope that your fur baby Hera is able to make a full and speedy recovery soon! Best wishes and take care.
