Can dogs with allergies safely eat eggs, peas, carrots, sweet potato?

My two dogs (bichons) have food allergies, I have found through tests that they are not allergic to eggs. Would a regular diet of scrambled eggs, peas, carrots and sweet potato cause any long term problem? Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 11 lbs
