My dog's puncture wound is worse after attack. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 55 lbs

My dog was attacked a day ago , she has a puncture wound on her front left arm through the tendon , she has been taking antibiotics and pain meds , it seems to have gotten worse , severe swelling , decreased appetite, decreased drinking , bruising and severe redness all around the arm and chest

Please arrange to have Rosie rechecked by a vet as soon as possible, it iis likely she is developing a severe infection or sepsis and may require iv antibiotics and surgical cleaning of the wound to remove damaged tissue
