My Chihuahua has a lump on his side and has gotten bigger and hurts if you touch it. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 15 lbs

If its panful and growing, then I would be most suspicious that Jimmy Z has an infected cyst. You may take him into the veterinarian who will prescribe anti-inflammatories and possibly an antibiotic. It may also rupture on its own. If it does, keep Jimmy from licking it, wash it well with antibacterial soap and apply a topical antibiotic. These can get infected so watch it closely!
