My dog has a raw, swollen, and bleeding lip. What should I do?

My dog has had raw skin on outer and inner lip that's very swollen and oozing out blood and other drainage. It is starting to spread to other side. Beem going on for five days... Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | 7 years and 2 months old | 14 lbs

I am so sorry Spanky is having this issue. I would recommend bringing Spanky to a veterinarian. The reason for this is to not only clean up the lesion, but to also dispense medication and see if we can figure out the cause of this. This could be from allergies or from a cut or scratch that Spanky kept bothering with and it just got infected.
