My dog is losing weight, has scabs from a bite, yelps. What's wrong?

My staffy seems to be loosing weight she is 5 years old and she as got scabs were my other dog as biten her i have separated them now would could be up with her everyone u touch back of her neck she yelps

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about Molly. She could have an infection since your other dog has bitten her. Puncture wounds drive hair, bacteria, contamination, etc deep into the skin and even below the skin layer if deep enough. These infections can be very painful and don't always cause a big abscess to form. Also, she may have injured her neck when she was fighting with your other dog. If these signs continue I would advise taking her to your vet and let them gather a history and take a look at her. Once those are performed, they can discuss a diagnostic/treatment plan with you.
