Hi, on Saturday night, my dog busted a hot hands hand warmer. He ingested minimal amounts of the powder inside, but has had diarrhea since. He's a 5 year old pit mix. A month ago he ingested a squeaker that had to be surgically removed and we cannot to take him to the vet

Poor Azul. I would try to not feed him for 24 hours them offer him just a small amount of chicken and rice 3-4 times per day to see if this helps to settle his tummy. After a few days you can increase the chicken and rice to two meals per day and start mixing in his normal kibble if he is feeling better. If he continues to have diarrhea or stops eating, then he may really need to see the vet for some oral antibiotics and probiotics to help him feel better. Make sure he is drinking plenty of water and continues to act normal and eating normally. I hope this helps!
