My pit bull has a pink hairless lump on her nose. Is it serious?

My pit bull has a lump on her nose that appeared overnight. It is now pink and hairless. She doesn’t appear to have any pain, lethargy, or lack of appetite. I will bring her to the vet tomorrow. I was just wondering if you have any thoughts or ideas about what it could be. It

Without a picture it's very hard to say. You can post another question with a picture attached if you'd like. From your description, it could be a new mass, a bug bite, irritation from rubbing her nose under something like a door or fence, or it could be a bump related to a tooth abscess. The good news is that it doesn't sound like an emergency and she's not in pain, so your plan to go to her vet tomorrow is good. You don't need to do anything at home for the bump in the mean time.
