Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 6 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs
My cat had bloodwork today but the vet got called into an emergency before he could explain it. What could cause these readings? He is a 7 year old, neutered male, DMH. Poor appetite and lethargy made us take him in for bloodwork.

The story behind the blood test is basically a severe case of kidney failure, it could be acute due to some sort of poisoning that affected the kidneys. these results alarmed your vet obviously, i am assuming he will advise hospitalization on IV fluids for a few days to start with.
