Why is my dog vomiting, drooling, chomping, and shaking her head?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Female | 3 years and 10 months old | 25 lbs

we went to the store and put bubbles in the garage and when we came back she threw up like a lot and she was kinda breathing weird but it stopped. And then she’s like making this chomping noise with her mouth and like shaking her head. Now She's sleeping but she's drooling a lot. I didn't fed her anything weird but a hotdog yesterday and she was fine

She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If Bubbles continues vomiting or is not eating, take her to the vet to get treatment.
