My dog has an elongated lump on his back leg. What should I do?

Hello. I bet you are worried about Quentin. Many things can cause a lump including trauma, infection, and of course benign and malignant tumors. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian soon. They may try to take a needle aspirate for more information as to what it may be. They may further discuss surgical removal with biopsy as well. I certainly hope this resolves soon and that Quentin gets on the road to recovery. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
