Why does my kitten have no appetite and watery stool after vaccine?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 13 days old | 6.1 lbs

is having no appetite and very very watery runny stool a common side effect of having a kitten vaccinated for the first time her temp a little high and they said they thought she had calisa and and enlarged lypnoid on her neck should she of given these needles would this or could this cause the lack of appetite and watery stool

Typical vaccine reaction is a slight temperature, soreness, vomiting and very lethargic. It sounds like Minnie might of had a mild vaccine reactions if he symptoms started right after the vaccine. However if she was vaccinated days before this started it is unlikely they are related. I would recommend taking her back to the vet for a good exam to make sure she does not have something more serious going on like a virus or infection. She might need some medications to help resolve her issues. hope that helps

    Poor Evie! Some cats can be slightly lethargic with a slight decline in appetite for a day after vaccines. You can try applying warm compresses to the injection site to try to ease her discomfort. If her appetite is still off by tomorrow, or if she develops vomiting or diarrhea, I recommend taking her back to the vet for evaluation in case she is experiencing a mild vaccine reaction. I hope that Evie is feeling better soon!
