Why did my dog's eye get darker so quickly? Is it serious?

my dog left eye got darker within 2 days, should I be worry and whats are some common cause of this?

This could be just a normal pigment change or it could be something more serious. I would have your vet take a look to ensure there is no infection or other abnormalities with the eye. i hope this helps!

    It is difficult to say much without at least a photo. If the eye seems darker then most likely the pupil is extremely dilated. It would not be normal for only one eye to have a dilated pupil. Usually, the cause for uneven pupil size (anisocoria), is trauma of some sort or a problem with the nerve to the eye. My recommendation is to get Leo to your vet for an examination. You really should not wait to long to have an eye problem evaluated because if it is something serious then he may lose his vision if left untreated. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
