Why won't my large German Shepherd go into his new dog house?

I purchased a dog house for my German Shepard 3 yrs old and he won't go in it, he is about 65-70 lbs and I purchased the extra lg igloo. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 65 lbs

Dogs can be really nervous about kennels. I have always found that if you put familiar blankets in, and even climb in yourself and sit with the dog for a while, they realise that it is safe. He should come round to it with time, just don't force him into it as he will be scared.
