My dog's eye is squinting. Should I use Isathal or Exocin eye drops?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 6 years and 9 months old | 14.5 lbs

Hi took jasmine to the vets this morning with a squinty eye he said he couldn't see a scratch so probably conjunctivitis and prescribed Isathal I'm worried he missed a scratch and her squinting hasn't improved through the day I have Exocin always in the house cause of her breed should I switch to that until I see my regular vet or will Isathal still cover both ? Will Isathal do damage if she has scratched it ?

Both are antibiotic ointments, so I would recommend sticking with the Isathal for now and scheduling another appointment if she's not feeling better after 24 hours. You can increase the frequency of the Isathal because extra lubrication can help with comfort. Another thing to ask your veterinarian about it placing a contact on her eye - not all vets have these in their offices, but if they do it can help a lot with comfort. Good luck to you and Jasmine. I hope she's feeling much better soon!
