My cat's losing weight, vomiting, and in heat for almost a year?

I am sorry Daisy has not been feeling well for a year. I can say being in heat for a year is very abnormal. it is possible she has an abnormal ovary or uterus which is putting out hormones that are causing her to have these clinical signs. Also, if she is not gaining weight and vomiting she could have irritable bowl disease, intestinal disease, infection, virus or even a pancreas problem. Daisy really needs to see a vet and start a work up. Usually blood work and fecal exam would be the first steps. However if those test are normal she might need more specific diagnostic testing.
