My dog is vomiting and has diarrhea again. What to do before vet opens?

Hi, my dog was vomiting around a week ago and then had dirhorea. He has been sick again recently. Our vet doesn’t open until 8.30am and I’m quite worried, what would be the best course of action??? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 5 months old | 50 lbs

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. If this was just the single incident of vomiting recently, then do not feed him tonight & take him in to see your vet in the morning. If he has been vomiting nonstop today, then I would seek emergency care if you can. This could be quite serious & we certainly do not want him to get sicker overnight. I hope Reg is feeling better soon. Take care.
