What does this two cuts on the nose states as i notice this today only and no other my dogs has like this please see attach image

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely just a normal anatomical variant as it is perfectly symmetrical. I do not think that you need to be concerned about this as it appears to be normal for him. Good luck and have a good day!
