Can I use Tractor Supply cow antibiotics for my dog's mastitis?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 4 months old | 48 lbs

My medium sized 45 pound border collie mix has mastitis I believe or start of it . She had a knot behind one boob and two different boobs discharging brownish yellow milk. ( She's ten and her puppies are four weeks now, my male chewed through the door while I was gone to doctor . But I wanted to know if I can really use the cow antibiotics at tractor supply had another vet tell me I could , and how much would I give her ?

I don't recommend giving her any antibiotics unless directed by a vet that has examined her and confirmed that she actually has mastitis. Also, the amount of antibiotics that she would need depends on the exact antibiotic and the concentration of the antibiotic.
