Pet's info: Dog | Wirehaired Pointing Griffon | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 6 months old | 65 lbs
Hi there - my dog (Hannah) is going to the vet now (and has been given a clean bill of health by two others minus results of blood work). But within the past 2 weeks one dog died (Jack), Hannah her nose hard chasing a squirrel, and then Hannah was put on her high blood pressure pills (from her attempted pregnancy) accidentally instead of her antibiotics to prevent pyo. Now she's not eating, but peeing/pooping totally fine. Could she have acute renal failure from low blood pressure? be depressed?

I am sorry Hannah is not feeling well. I think I understand what your concerns are but it is a little hard to tell based on the information above. I would consider a pet coach consult so you can discuss more detail about Hannah. Typically blood pressure medication does not cause kidney disease if used for a short period of time. If Hannah was given blood pressure medication instead of antibiotics I would think it would not affect the kidneys. However I would be more concerned about a possible pyometra. I would follow up with your vet about her blood work results. It is possible the blood work will show you what is going on. I hope that helps
