My found kittens have bloody poop and won't stop crying. What's wrong?

Daughter found 2 kittens a few days ago. Both small. Covered in flees. We gave baths n feeding them kitten milk. They have blood inpoop n won't stop crying.

blood in the stools is usually a sign of a viral/bacterial gastrointestinal infection, it could also be due to intestinal worms (less common). you need to take them to the vet quite urgently in order to get treatment, this is not something you can treat at home.
