My dog is sleepy and not eating after Cerenia. Is this normal?

My dog was given a Cerenia shot after having episodes of vomiting in the morning. Since then she has been sleeping all day and the vomiting has stopped. She doesn't want to eat and has only been drinking water when I offer it to her. She hasn't pooped or peed since this morning assuming it's because she hasn't eaten or has drank a lot of water today. Is this normal when on Cerenia? Are these side effects of the medication? Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 46 lbs

These are not side effects of the medications, these are symptoms related directly to the medical condition that caused the vomiting in the first place. if by tomorrow you see no improvement you will need to take her back to the vet.
