Macadamia nuts are toxic to dogs. Symptoms of toxicity include weakness, lethargy, wobbling while walking, tremors and a high temperature. Symptoms usually start within 12 hours of ingestion and resolve within 24 hours. There is no known effect on the puppies. If she has eaten the cookie within the last 1 to 2 hours, you could take her to a veterinarian and have them induce vomiting to try and prevent as much absorption of the nuts as possible. Otherwise, watch her very closely. It sounds like she didn't ingest much and would only need veterinary care if the symptoms become severe.

I'd keep an eye on Annie for now. Macadamia nuts are toxic to dogs and can cause vomiting, ataxia, weakness, fever, and muscle tremors. If you see any of those, take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
