Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male | 4 years and 8 months old | 7 lbs
My male cat of 4 years recently had a Perineal urethrostomy due to a blockage. It’s been a little over 4 months and he’s been doing fine, but lately I’ve noticed him having difficulty urinating and he tends to do it in places that aren’t his litter box (bathtub, tiled floors). He’s also cleaning himself very often but is still active

I would recommend making an appointment with your veterinarian. He could have something mild like a urinary tract infection but he can also have stones or crystals in his urine that is causing discomfort. They can check a urine to see if it is an infection or if there are crystals and he may need an X-ray if they are suspecting stones. I hope Simba feels better soon and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
