My dog has a persistent skin issue. Vets have no answers. What next?

Help. We have tried 4 rounds of antibiotics, 3 rounds of steroids, a topical steroid, changing her food, a twice a day antihistamine and we tried an allergy shot. We have seen two vets and they don’t really have answers. Just trying to see if maybe someone here would have an idea! Thanks

Poor little Kilela. That looks very uncomfortable. It sounds like you and your vets have done all the right things. For me, the next step would probably be doing a skin biopsy and submitting it for histopathology and tissue culture. You could also see a veterinary dermatologist if one is available near you. Good luck!
