My dog stopped pushing after 4 pups. When should I call the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mastiff | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 65 lbs

My dog is in labor now she’s been in labor for about 2-3 hours but she still has pups to birth how will I know if she needs medical attention she has birthed 4 pups but she has stopped for about an hour now does she need help or will she be ok how can I help her in anyway or can I take her to the bathroom while she’s in labor please give me any and all advice rite now I need it all

It can be up to 4 hours in between puppies. They need the break so they do not get exhausted. If she is heavily contacting and trying hard to push a pup out with no luck after 39 minutes then she needs medical attention. If there is a black or brown discharge then she needs medical help. The best thing to do is put her in a quiet dim place to let her rest and have the puppies. Check on her about every 30 minutes. She is unlikely to eat or drink during this hit offer her some just in case.
