What causes limping and shakiness in a litter of 6-week-old puppies?

Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 11 days old | 10 lbs

I have litter of puppies all doing great till 6 weeks old one started limping in the front left leg and then got very shaky, wobbly its been 3 days.Now 3 other puppies are slightly limping in front leg. No diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, sneezing. Have noticed panting but they are not dehydrated They were wormed at 2 weeks and 6 weeks with py. pamote and did have sign of hookworm.Could it be Toxicity or poisoning? disease? worms? the nursing dam was given does of Pet Armor plus could this be toxic

The ingredients in Pet Armor Plus are not approved for a nursing dam in the US, but are used safely in other countries for nursing dams, so I would not expect that is the problem. Since you have multiple puppies that are now affected, I would be worried about an infectious disease. One such disease that we tend to see in young puppies and can involve multiple puppies in the litter is called Neospora. There is a blood test for it and there is treatment, so I would recommend having the litter examined by your veterinarian ASAP to see what they think is going on. I hope that was helpful.
