Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Goodness Gizmo is cute! There are multiple causes or vomiting. Some are more common in acute vomiting versus chronic vomiting. Some causes are: intestinal parasites (acute or chronic), viral or bacterial infections (acute), toxin ingestion (acute), foreign body ingestion (acute), pancreatitis (acute or chronic), inflammatory bowel disease (chronic), Addison's disease (chronic), food allergy (chronic). If Gizmo is chronically vomiting I would discuss a work up with your Vet. It may simply require blood work, a fecal, belly X-rays then changing his diet. I hope this helps and I wish you and Gizmo the best!
