Unfortunately, inappetance and lethargy are very nonspecific clinical signs in animals and can be an indication of nearly any single problem. I would continue to monitor Percy's condition closely for any worsening clinical signs or additional problems. Try to stimulate her appetite with something that she would normally not be able to resist. If you believe she might be experiencing some nausea, you can try medications such as prilosec or pepsid, though finding a dose small enough for a young cat may be challenging in a commercial formulation. If matters do not seem to be getting better in the next day or so, it would be worth having her examined to see if a more specific problem can be identified. Hope this makes sense.
