My dog ate mushroom soup and is shaking. Is she sick? What to do?

Hello. I gave my dog Bella ( pitbull mix, 6 y.o.,35lb) a little creamy mushrooms soup, in couple hours she start acting wired. She got up from her bed and start looking for something, chewing toys,after I took her outside Bella start to eat a grass.....a lot of grass . Right now she is shaking. What should I do? Is it reaction to the mushrooms or something else? Thank you! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 4 months old | 35 lbs

It could be the mushroom soup and it could be something else, one thing for sure she is nauseated. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If she starts vomiting or is not eating, take her to the vet to get treatment.
