My dog keeps gagging, licking, and won't eat. What's the problem?

Pet's info: Dog | Treeing Walker Coonhound | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 65 lbs

My dog keeps gagging/choking & licking/swallowing a lot,this started last Wed,she threw up bile Wed.morning,ate dinner that night,threw up bile Thurs.morning & night & did not eat all day Thurs,ate Fri,hasn't vomited since but still not much of an appetite & keeps gagging,we ran a chem17 w/lytes & that came back normal besides she was 0.1 low from norm. on her potassium levels,we took an xray of her abdomen & that looks fine as well, other than waiting until Mon to do chest xrays idk what todo

I am sorry that Dixie is so sick. In this type of situation I am still usually very suspicious of an intestinal foreign object. There is one area on the x-Ray that is a little suspicious to me. Make sure to look under her tongue for any thread or string caught. I would typically recommend either a barium series or an abdominal ultrasound at this time. Occasionally exploratory surgery is recommended if we can’t find another answer . Best of luck and I hope she improves soon.
