My dog ate M&Ms and is pooping red. Is it chocolate poisoning?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 9 months old | 15 lbs

I dog had a very minute amount of M&Ms he is a Minpin weighs about 15 pounds sap in about a week ago three days ago he started vomiting and pooping read he is no longer vomiting but are you still pooping read starting to get really worried no other side effects of chocolate poisoning are There seems very energetic and has a little bit of a decrease in appetite and drinking of water P is bright yellow

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about Demon, great name by the way. I would just continue to monitor him and see if the signs don't resolve. Sounds like he is getting better and if he was going to have more problems with the chocolate ingestion, it would have occurred shortly after the exposure. If the problem continues, call your veterinarian and follow their recommendation. I hope Demon gets better soon.
