My dog broke his leg and is shaking after Metacam. Should I worry?

My little maltese yorkie broke his leg yesterday. Now i notice when he’s sitting up doing nothing his a little tremor every couple seconds but i can’t notice it when he’s lying down or doing something. I’ve given him one dose of metacam so far last night. Should I️ be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 months and 26 days old | 6.8 lbs

It may be a sign of pain from staying in that position. I would continue the metacam as long as there is a good appetite and drinking well and contact your vet for addition pain medication to add to it. Keeping the puppy confined will also help with minimizing pain
