How to stop my green-cheeked conure biting when perched high?

My green-cheeked conure is fine with me touching her unless she is somewhere higher up than me for instance, her cage or my shoulder. How should I correct this behavior? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 3 years and 5 months old | 0.6 lbs
