My senior dog has severe kidney and liver damage. What can I do?

My dog is 12 yr old. From some days he not eating nd drinking lot of water and vomits every time after drinking it. I took him to doctor and doctor diagnosed him and told his kidneys and livers are damaged. Evryday glucose and some injections are administered in his body. Is there and solution to his above problem, if any plz tell me some solutions?His urine is normal. He became very weak and he also have some irritation in his throat.
