My senior dog has severe kidney and liver damage. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 11 years and 11 months old | 37 lbs

My dog is 12 yr old. From some days he not eating nd drinking lot of water and vomits every time after drinking it. I took him to doctor and doctor diagnosed him and told his kidneys and livers are damaged. Evryday glucose and some injections are administered in his body. Is there and solution to his above problem, if any plz tell me some solutions?His urine is normal. He became very weak and he also have some irritation in his throat. I’m sorry to hear that this is going one with your dog. Based on his age and what you are describing it sounds like he may be having some end stage organ damage. This seems like a complicated illness in Tommy. It would be to your best benefit to request a consult so we can go over the lab work and specifics of his disease. Best of luck.
