Why is my cat peeing in the corner? Is it medical or behavioral?

She has never had this issue before but recently my cat Bonkers she has been peeing in this corner and I'm not sure if its a UTI or crystals or her being a bad cat. She doesn't meow when she uses the bathroom and her box has been clean for the past 3 days but she has been peeing in that corner and yes she has used the litter before and that box before. I have bleached and cleaned that corner 8 times now, she also pees on any towls or clothes in there as well. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed

Since it ha Denver been a problem before I would suspect a medical issue that is causing it such as an infection. Your vet can check a urine sample to be sure. If all is normal then you can try feliway and placing something in that spot such as a litter box or aluminum foil to deter her from using that spot
