Why is my cat's swollen vagina painful, and she won't eat or walk?

My cat have dried dirt/faces around her anis and vagina also the vet said she got heart failure. But when i clean her vagina, the vagina is swollen and she in pain when i cleaning those. She lose apptite. No strong enough to stand up or even walk. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed

I'm sorry about Dehan. She does appear to be very ill and the tissue in the photos is very infected. She needs to see a veterinarian right away for some help. Once her overall co diction is evaluated, the necessary treatment can be discussed. At minimum, she needs to be on an antibiotic, pain relief and some supportive care IV or SQ fluids. Please take her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. This is beyond any home treatment.
