My EPI dog has diarrhea suddenly, even with Lypex and B12. Why?

My dog had been diagnosed with EPI so he has lypex twice a day with his food. He was ok in the last couple weeks but today he had diarrhoea twice and i don't understand why? He had the same food i didn't change anything. He had vitamin b12 injection 1.5 weeks ago. I would really appreciate your advice. Thank you Eva.
