My dog has dry eye with white outline. What OTC drops can I use?

7yr old Am Bulldog has dry eye. He has the white outline around the lower part of his eye. This started 6 days ago. What is and over the counter eye drops I can use. To help his dry eye. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | neutered | 7 years and 5 months old | 100 lbs

The brand I recommend is called Genteal Eye Lubricating Gel. I'm not sure if Jax has had confirmation of dry eye with a Schirmer Tear Test but there are other medications needed to treat this condition. If you are only suspecting dry eye, make an appointment with his vet to have this test to confirm if he needs the medications or not. There are other conditions that can look the same.
